Supportive People
Darcy comforts Jamee by putting her arm around her. Later, Jamee does the same thing to comfort her sister. Write about a time when a friend (or friends) supported you when you were going through a tough time. What was the situation? What did your friends do or say to make you feel better? (Student ID)

In this world every body needs a true friend who comforts him or her in hard time. I have a this kind of friend who comforts me when ever I have hard time, and that is my great father. When ever I have hard time, I'm always crying for that, but my father hugging me to make me comforts as Darcy does whit Jamee, and Jamee does later with Darcy when she has hard time. 996631

DeleteDude, you are so lucky to have a kind, nice father. I hope you know how lucky you are.
A few weeks ago I was so depressed because many flash-backs came trough my mind about my family and friends who just died, and it was pushing me to the bane. Every day seemed equal and there was no motive to live this life. Thanks God in those moments I met a girl who saw me frustrated, so she began to share her good thoughts and how wonderful is this life. She caught my attention and we started hanging out everywhere. My heart started feeling better and finally the depression went away from me.

There people who have comfort me whenever I am going through a very hard time, like my father or my mom even my brother. But there is one person that is there for me always and that person is my cousin Maria she is there whenever I need her or when I don't need her but she is there. I remember this time that I didn't know what to do when I loose my friend Pablo. In this car accident that we had I thought that it was my fault cause of his death but there she was comforting me that it was not. 988649
ReplyDeleteDear 988649,
DeleteI am sorry to read of your loss. You are young, and it is very difficult to think that you might be the cause of someone's death--especially someone close to you. I am glad you have Maria to help you out.

DeleteAs my mom says, when tough times come its better to have someone by your side. I had a huge problem with a friend, and i didn't know what to do. I asked many people for advice's but nothing comfort me, the lost of my friend it was painful until i talked to my mom. My friends and relatives took thirty minutes to try to calm me down but my mother it only took her five minutes to make me fill better. 995645

DeleteWhen my mom was going through the divorce with my dad; she use to be so angry with my brothers and my sisters for no reason. One day one of my oldest sisters found me very upset alone in my room and I told her how upset I was. I wasn't crying because I was going to feel embarrassed to cry infront of her. But then she told me that it was alright to cry. To let it out like that. It worked. I know that all humans cry; but I hate to do it for a bad reason.
